Operation Golf Cart: Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

Buying will not help you win. Your chances of winning without making a purchase are the same as the chances of someone who purchases something.

1. Sponsor

Operation HVAC LLC DBA Operation Bath, Rockwall, Texas ("Sponsor").

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of Texas who live within Sponsor's service area and are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and contractors of Sponsor and its advertising agencies, and the immediate family and household members of each, are not eligible.

3. Promotion periods

Operation Golf Cart runs in monthly promotion periods. Each calendar month is a separate promotion period (a "Promotion Period") that begins at 12:00 a.m. Central Time on the first day of the month and ends at 11:59 p.m. Central Time on the last day of the month. Each Promotion Period has its own entries, its own drawing, and its own prize. Entries do not carry over from one Promotion Period to the next.

Sponsor may stop offering future Promotion Periods by posting a notice on this page before the Promotion Period begins. A Promotion Period that has already begun will run to its end, and its prize will be awarded as described in these rules.

4. How to enter

There are two ways to enter. Both methods have equal standing: each entry, however received, has the same chance of being drawn.

1. Free entry by survey: Submit the Operation Bath estimate survey at specialoffer.operationbath.com during a Promotion Period to receive one (1) entry in that Promotion Period's drawing. Entry does not require a purchase, scheduling or attending an in-home estimate, uploading photos, or agreeing to receive marketing messages.
2. With a shower conversion: Each customer whose shower conversion installation by Sponsor is completed during a Promotion Period receives one (1) entry in that Promotion Period's drawing automatically. Entry is based on the date installation is completed, not the date a contract is signed.

Limit one (1) entry per person and per household for each Promotion Period, regardless of entry method. Incomplete entries, entries from ineligible persons, and entries submitted by automated means are void.

5. Prize

One (1) prize is awarded in each Promotion Period: a new 2-seat golf cart. Approximate retail value (ARV): [ARV]. The prize is awarded as described and is not transferable. No cash alternative or substitution is offered, except that if the stated prize becomes unavailable, Sponsor will substitute a new golf cart of equal or greater value. Delivery to the winner's home within Sponsor's service area is included. All federal, state, and local taxes, and any registration, title, insurance, and other costs not listed here, are the winner's responsibility. The winner will receive an IRS Form 1099 for the prize's ARV if required by law.

6. Drawing and odds

For each Promotion Period, one (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during that Promotion Period. The drawing will be held within thirty (30) days after the Promotion Period ends. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during that Promotion Period.

7. Winner notification

The potential winner will be contacted by phone and email within seven (7) days of the drawing and must sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability release within fourteen (14) days of notification. If a potential winner cannot be reached, does not return the required documents on time, or is found ineligible, the prize for that Promotion Period will be awarded to an alternate winner selected at random from the remaining eligible entries for that Promotion Period.

8. Changes and cancellation

If a Promotion Period cannot run as planned because of fraud, technical failure, or another cause beyond Sponsor's reasonable control, Sponsor may modify or suspend that Promotion Period and award its prize in a random drawing from eligible entries received before the modification. Any change to these rules will be posted on this page and applies only to Promotion Periods that begin after the change is posted.

9. General conditions

By entering, participants agree to these Official Rules and to Sponsor's decisions, which are final on all matters related to the promotion. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or undeliverable entries. To the extent permitted by law, participants release Sponsor from liability for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation or from acceptance or use of the prize.

10. Privacy

Information collected from entrants is used to administer the promotion and as described in Sponsor's privacy policy. Entering does not require agreeing to receive marketing messages.

11. Governing law

This promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

12. Winner's name

To request the name of the winner for any Promotion Period, call Sponsor at (469) 457-3522 within sixty (60) days after that Promotion Period ends.
